& 160;& 160;& 160;& 160; Scientific studies show eating meals together helps Moms and Dads build relationships with their & 160;& 160;& 160;& 160; children because they are spending time with one another and bonding as a family. Scientific & 160;& 160;& 160;& 160; studies have also shown when meals are shared together, children are inspired to eat vegetables & 160;& 160;& 160;& 160; even when they do not want to eat vegetables. In addition, scientific studies have shown their & 160;& 160;& 160;& 160; grade point averages increase, they learn big words, their self-esteem is boosted, and they get & 160;& 160;& 160;& 160; along better with others because they have shared meals together.

& 160;& 160;& 160;& 160; I had first-hand experience with my child, who was a very fussy eater. To begin with, my child & 160;& 160;& 160;& 160; would hardly eat anything and especially would not eat any vegetables. By eating meals together, & 160;& 160;& 160;& 160; I gradually introduced new foods to my child, and to my surprise, my child was starting to eat & 160;& 160;& 160;& 160; different foods including many different kinds of vegetables. It was very hard for me to believe & 160;& 160;& 160;& 160; that at one time, my child was a very fussy eater and someone that did not want to eat any & 160;& 160;& 160;& 160; vegetables.

& 160;& 160;& 160;& 160; I give these easy and tasty recipes most of the credit for helping my children grow up healthy & 160; & 160;& 160; because they ate vegetables even when they did not want to eat vegetables.

& 160;& 160;& 160;& 160; I was able to make many of these easy and tasty recipes when I was a coach for my child's tee- & 160;& 160;& 160;& 160; ball team because they are simple to make and many of them do not take too much time to & 160;& 160;& 160;& 160; make.
